Interfor, located in Georgetown, South Carolina, is hiring an entry-level Sawmill Production Team Member. This role offers on-the-job training in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork to produce high-quality lumber.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple production areas and have opportunities to advance to roles like machine operator and mobile equipment operator as you grow with the company.

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Sawmill Production Team Member, Georgetown, South Carolina

As a Sawmill Production Team Member in Georgetown, South Carolina, you’ll play an important role in safely producing high-quality lumber products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training, making it a great fit for individuals who are safety-focused, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career.

As part of our operations team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the sawmill while developing the skills needed to grow into positions such as machine operator, mobile equipment operator, and other skilled roles.

The starting pay rate for this position is $20.69 per hour with opportunities to grow up to $29.75 per hour as skill set and experience increases.
