Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, plan, schedule and supervise shift supervisors and hourly production associates.
• Coordinate departmental safety processes and education to maintain a safe environment.
• Improve department performance in safety, quality, waste reduction, housekeeping and reliability.
• Provide leadership for process improvement and regular team meetings.
• Deliver accurate and timely production reporting.
