WESTFRASER is hiring for a Sawfiler Apprentice at its Opelika sawmill in Alabama. The role requires self-motivated individuals who can advance into progressively skilled positions. Duties include effective job performance, safe equipment operation, and working rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must follow all safety criteria and contribute to the safety program.
• Willing to cross-train on other equipment.

• Perform job assignments in an effective & timely manner.
• Safely operate equipment according to procedures.
• Work rotating shifts, with shift premium available.
