Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read work instructions and safety documents.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to SOPs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specifications.
• Perform routine adjustments and minor troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance with repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output and quality data.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from lines.
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Flexibly rotate between stations to support daily goals.
• Participate in training, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
