48forty Solutions is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Phoenix, AZ to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood pallets. You will contribute to our pallet manufacturing process with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift ~50 lbs, and strong attention to detail. Overtime may be needed; paid time off and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with lumber, warehouse, carpentry, landscaping, roofing is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management on a regular basis.
• Work overtime as needed.
