Job summary

48forty Solutions, Lake City, MN, is seeking a Saw Shop Operator to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood used in pallet production. You will be a key part of our pallet manufacturing process and join a team focused on safety and quality.

This production role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and overtime flexibility on 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.
• Quick hands and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management regularly.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
