Job summary

48forty Solutions in Boise, ID is seeking a Saw Shop Operator to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood for pallet creation. This role supports our pallet manufacturing process and offers consistent Monday–Friday daytime shifts and $20 per hour.

You will follow safety rules, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate with plant management. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior lumber/warehouse experience preferred; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction experience is preferred.
• Strong hand–eye coordination with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management on a regular basis.
• Overtime may be required.
