48forty Solutions seeks a Saw Shop Operator in Fayetteville, AR to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood pallets. You’ll contribute to the pallet manufacturing process and ensure daily production targets are met.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, can lift ~50 lbs regularly, and possess prior lumber/warehouse experience. The role requires attention to detail and reliable communication, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing about 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
