Job summary

48forty Solutions is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Henderson, CO. You will set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet production, ensuring quality and safety. This role supports our pallet manufacturing process and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Experience in lumber or warehouse environments is preferred. Overtime may be required; strong communication with management is expected to help maintain efficiency and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Must follow safety rules and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management regularly.
• Work overtime as needed.
