Shifts vary across three schedules, offering cross-training, growth, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and retirement options. Minimum 18 years of age and ERP familiarity required.

Qualifications

• Solid math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, stoop, and stretch.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machinery to cut aluminum, stainless steel, and other alloys.
• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Use micrometers and calipers to inspect tolerances and ensure quality.
• Monitor machine operation for accuracy throughout cutting processes.
• Continuously measure workpiece dimensions to maintain specs.
• Prioritize workload to meet customer requirements and company goals.
