Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read production documents and safety manuals.
• Able to read measurement tools (tape, calipers, scales).
• Willing to follow safety guidelines and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person team to meet production targets.
• Operate B&O Cutback Saw.
• Review work orders and set up saw per specs.
• Load material on infeed table for precision cuts.
• Inspect cut product for tolerances and pack as required.
• Communicate with supervisor and other staff.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
