Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A degree in culinary arts is preferred; however, extensive culinary experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences.
• Deliver in-store savory cooking classes and drive sales of cookware and related items.
• Explain technical cooking concepts in a clear, encouraging manner.
• Assist with class setup, ingredients prep, and workstation cleanup.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and store policies.
