Goldman Sachs Marcus Savings is seeking an Associate for US Commercial Strategy to apply consumer financial services analytics to growth and engagement of Savings and CD products.

The role focuses on analyzing customer profiles, segmentation, and lifecycle metrics to inform product development and marketing strategy. You will build dashboards, run experiments, and develop ML-driven insights for retention and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of analytics, metrics, modeling, and reporting in financial services.
• Experience in deposits business or B2C marketing analytics preferred.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer profiles, preferences and market activity to inform targets.
• Apply cohort, time-series, and causal inference methods to measure impact.
• Build segmentation, lifecycle and customer lifetime value frameworks.
• Shape go-to-market strategies and measure launch performance.
• Develop dashboards and measurement frameworks for KPIs.
• Design and evaluate A/B and multi-variate tests for statistical significance.
