You will interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance processes and communications. The position emphasizes strong communication skills, a solid understanding of money movement workflows, and a Bachelor's or Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure wire transfers are completed within service level.
• Manage Money Movement General Ledgers exceptions and escalations timely.
• Oversee ACH exception process flow and outgoing wire processing.
• Address escalated customer inquiries quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assess processes, identify bottlenecks and trends, and propose improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to document workflows and implement changes.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare detailed communications for senior leadership.
• Proactively resolve potential issues with appropriate escalation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure incoming and outgoing wire are completed within service level.
• Manage Money Movement General Ledgers exceptions and escalations timely.
• Oversee ACH Exception process flow and Outgoing wire processing.
• Address escalated customer inquiries quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and trends and propose process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to make improvements and document workflows.
• Work with leadership to ensure deliverables are provided timely.
• Prepare detailed communication materials, both presentations and memos, for senior leadership.
• Proactively resolve potential issues, with escalation as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent military experience
• General understanding of basic money movement process flows
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Accounting or Business Administrative
