Spinato’s Pizzeria in North Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Sauté Cook to expertly prepare menu items at the hot station and support kitchen operations. You will set up stations, follow Spinato’s recipes, maintain cleanliness, and help with other areas as needed while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 8–12 hours and work in a hot kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Prior line cook or sauté experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
• Restock items and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to Spinato’s recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen, walk‑in coolers, and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling procedures as outlined by the local health department.
• Support teammates and assist with additional duties as requested by Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude in a high‑energy environment.
