Responsibilities

• Schedule patients efficiently and strategically.
• Manage the doctor's schedule and hygiene/assistant calendars.
• Fill cancellations and maximize the day's schedule.
• Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups.
• Handle patient payments and discuss balances with patients.
• Provide an excellent patient experience from check-in to check-out.
• Support Saturday front-office operations and patient communications.
• Maintain organized records and insurance coordination.
