Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team on 4 9-hour shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm. The role emphasizes leadership in professional nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, NC NCBON license (eNLC may apply), at least 1 year RN experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• North Carolina Board of Nursing licensure; eNLC may apply
• Associates in Nursing (ADN) required

Job Summary and Qualifications

Hours: 4 9hr shifts 8:00am-4:30pm

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Experience: One year of RN experience
• Preferred Experience: Surgical Services/Critical Care and or strong hospital nursing experience
• Required Education: Associates in Nursing
• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
• Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Preferred Certification: National Certification in area of specialty
