Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist (Satellite Transceiver) to support production of op‑electronic devices for Starlink. The role focuses on new configurations, process improvement, and equipment programming with cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

You will train technicians, follow schematics, and ensure assembly quality while working extended hours as needed, in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment or a STEM bachelor's degree.
• Ability to read and follow detailed schematics and drawings.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production on aggressive timelines.
• Identify, develop, and train production technicians on new or updated processes.
• Program and operate microelectronics assembly machines (die/wire bonding).
• Train technicians to run and troubleshoot complex machines.
• Create and support equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Execute DOE for iterative process improvement.
