INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer for satellite systems in Redmond, WA. You will own satellites through the entire test campaign, integrating hardware and software, building automated test environments, and guiding labs from initial tests to customer-facing evaluations.

The role emphasizes Linux fluency and Python scripting, with a 75% focus on software/automation and 25% hands-on hardware/testing.

Qualifications

• Must have Linux fluency and Python scripting.
• Strong satellite-level integration and test experience.
• Combination of software/automation (approx 75%) and hardware/test equipment (25%).
• RF and GNC experience are strong pluses.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and test satellites in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks (Python, Linux-based).
• Debug software, hardware, and system-level issues during live testing.
• Support RF, GNC, and subsystem-level testing (experience dependent).
• Plan and execute environmental testing (thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC, etc.).
• Travel with satellites between test venues and own test readiness and reporting.
• Produce clear test reports, status updates, and anomaly documentation.
