Job summary

You will lead test design, develop scripts and calibration routines, analyze data with cross-functional teams, and ensure performance across satellite bus, RF and optical payloads, and ground terminals. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline required.
• 5+ years in space vehicle, bus, RF/optical payload integration and test.
• 4+ years coding in Matlab, LabVIEW, Python, Docker, Rust on Linux.

Responsibilities

• Provide System Integration and Test leadership for satellite bus and payloads.
• Develop end-to-end payload or sub-system test plans and procedures.
• Create test algorithms, scripts, and calibration routines for lab and field evaluation.
• Analyze test data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Architect, design, and validate mechanical, optical, and electrical support equipment for test execution.
• Prepare reports documenting test results and KPI metrics; communicate issues to developers/managers.
• Manage and close test anomalies; drive continuous improvements of control systems.
