Job summary

Terran Orbital in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr. Systems Integration Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team and oversee the integration and testing of space vehicles from sub-system to system level.

Reporting to the Manager, Systems Integration & Test, you will design campaigns, write procedures, manage work orders, and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues while supporting fabrications for next‑gen satellite constellations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design assembly and testing campaigns.
• Write, review, and execute assembly and test procedures.
• Manage work orders and drive nonconformances.
• Resolve electrical and mechanical issues at satellite system level.
• Enable day-to-day vehicle integration and test flow.
• Evaluate manufacturability and integration of designs.
• Interface with engineers and technicians to scale manufacturing.
• Design tools and hardware to enable vehicle assembly and testing.
