Job summary

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Satellite Structures to own complex composite manufacturing programs from planning to delivery.

You will work with customers and internal teams across engineering, production, quality, tooling, and materials to translate technical requirements into successful hardware. Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Knowledge of Advanced Fiber-Reinforced and/or Aluminum Honeycomb Composites and associated manufacturing methods.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and contribute immediately upon hire.
• Must be a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex composite manufacturing projects from planning through delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into hardware.
• Manage schedules, resources, priorities, and deliverables across programs.
• Drive programs from planning through production and final delivery.
• Provide regular communication with customers and help resolve issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify manufacturing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
