Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion meals, serve, and clean up per standards.
• Work with the main kitchen cook and serve meals.
• Cashier for lunch line.
• Maintain accurate meal records and communicate changes to production staff.
• Supervise student workers and other kitchen staff.
• Follow sanitation and temperature control procedures per health standards.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Ensure a safe work environment and report issues promptly.
• Store food and supplies properly and complete required paperwork.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
