Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Sales Director for Europe and Central Asia to drive enterprise satellite deals. You will partner with engineering, BD, and executives to move opportunities from funnel to closure, and tailor offerings to customer needs.

The role requires 7+ years in high-value sales, 5+ years in satellite industry, and the ability to travel up to 30%. US citizen or green card holder preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in the satellite industry.
• 7+ years in a customer-facing sales role.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-million dollar enterprise deals.
• Strong knowledge of satellite communications and payload design.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Drive leads through the pipeline quickly and efficiently.
• Present Astranis materials at customer meetings and events.
• Identify new prospects and qualify the pipeline.
• Negotiate with client representatives to generate shareholder value.
• Translate business and technical requirements into solutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering to develop technical solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and navigate complex org structures.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for exec team and board.
