Job summary

Amazon Leo seeks an experienced Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead production operations at Leo, a high-precision environment requiring strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage a team of Production and Fulfillment Coordinators, ensure quality and safety, and drive process improvements across assembly, testing, and shipping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage Production Coordinators and Fulfillment Coordinators in a cleanroom/ESD environment.
• Inspect and verify work to meet engineering and quality standards.
• Author, maintain, and train on process documentation for assembly, inspection, testing, and shipping.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, design, operations and test engineers on activities and improvements.
• Provide feedback on designs, processes, tools and equipment used in production.
• Improve and enforce area safety and reporting through audits and projects.
• Establish on-the-job training programs and career development opportunities.
