Job summary

Amazon Leo - ProdOps in Kirkland, WA is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will lead production teams, manage planning, manufacturing, integration, and test across multiple value streams, ensuring adherence to schedules and processes while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong bias for action, ownership, high standards, and stakeholder management, with experience in hardware/software integration and manufacturing systems across a satellite broadband

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Leadership.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plant Production Leader M-F 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00pm)
• Work cross-functional to understand daily production requirements across multiple Value Streams
• Provide tactical and strategic direction to multiple teams
• Coordinate scheduling and staging of materials/kits to production and test areas
• Drive execution across supply chain, planning and production teams
• Monitor and improve KPIs across operations
• Identify manufacturing risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Execute strategic plan to deliver on production goals
• Support Production Rate Ramp roadmap execution
• Partner with teams on standardized approaches to enable growth
