Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years in aerospace, space, satellite, defense, or high-technology sectors
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Ability to develop technical documentation and customer deliverables
• Strong business acumen for financial, contractual, and operational decisions
• Experience communicating with customers, technical teams, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall project management lead for satellite operations projects
• Define objectives, schedules, budgets, and performance expectations
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to meet commitments
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct status reviews with executives
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, risk, quality, and resources
• Identify risks and opportunities with actionable mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with leadership to align commitments with capabilities and priorities
• Ensure complete, accurate project documentation and governance
• Support proposals, renewals, and strategic planning
