Job summary

KSAT Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead satellite operations projects in the Denver region.

You will coordinate with customers and KSAT leadership across engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with contractual commitments. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive issues to resolution in a technically complex environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in a leadership role.
• 3+ years in aerospace, space, satellite, defense, or high-technology industries.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with customer commitments.
• Experience creating technical/customer deliverables and program documentation.
• Strong business acumen with financial, contractual and operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall project management lead and primary customer-facing point of contact.
• Establish objectives, priorities, schedules, milestones, budgets and performance expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver commitments.
• Maintain customer relationships; lead reviews, briefings and escalations.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, risk, quality, resources and satisfaction.
• Identify risks and opportunities; provide recommendations and mitigations.
• Coordinate with Satellite Operations leadership to align commitments with capabilities.
• Ensure documentation and governance reflect all requirements.
• Support proposals, contract modifications, renewals, and strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve execution and business performance.
