Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (required).
• 1+ year in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management (including school projects, clubs, internships).
• Master's degree in engineering or supply chain (preferred).
• Experience with CAD, SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Grafana), Python/R or Minitab.
• Industrial/operations/quality/manufacturing engineer experience is a plus.
• Strong analytics, statistics, cost/benefit analysis, and visualization skills.
• Experience with inventory, production, and capacity planning (MRP/ERP).
• Ability to translate requirements into design improvements and enhance end-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute upgrades to materials management infrastructure to meet production demand.
• Manage material flow projects and coordinate with stakeholders to meet tight timelines.
• Improve inventory, on-time delivery, reliability, and reduce waste.
• Root-cause analysis of supply chain challenges and implement solutions.
• Develop and monitor key process indicators and operations metrics.
• Transform data to inform improvements and build business cases for changes.
• Train inventory and logistics teams on best practices and lead improvement workshops.
