Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or supply chain.
• 1+ year experience with CAD, SQL, BI tools, or Python/R.
• Experience as an industrial/operations engineer in manufacturing.
• Strong statistics, data analysis, and visualization skills.
• Experience with inventory, production, and capacity planning (MRP/ERP).
• Ability to translate user requirements into design specifications.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and execute upgrades for materials management to meet demand.
• Manage material flow projects with tight timelines and stakeholder influence.
• Improve inventory, on-time delivery, reliability, and waste reduction.
• Diagnose root causes in material flow and develop effective solutions.
• Develop and monitor key process indicators and operations metrics.
• Transform data to inform improvements and build business cases.
• Train staff on best-practice operations and lead workshops.
