• Improve inventory, on-time delivery, reliability, and reduce waste.
• Identify challenges in satellite material flow, determine root causes, and develop solutions.
• Develop and improve key process indicators and operations metrics.
• Transform data to understand activities and build a business case for improvements.
• Train inventory and logistics teams on best practices and process improvements.
