Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures.
• 2+ years of experience in leading containment activities.

Aufgaben

• Lead as Product QE over satellite mechanism assemblies, including process definition and validation for assembly and test methods.
• Lead MRB discussions to determine product dispositions for nonconforming material.
• Dive deep into defect reduction activities for the mechanisms subassemblies and drive innovative solutions to prevent recurrence of defects.
• Collaborate with Inspection, Supplier Quality, and Engineering to develop and qualify inspection methods for the Leo Production System.
• Own defect reduction, reporting, and quality performance of mechanism subassemblies, including electromechanical hardware and high precision machined parts.
• Lead and develop new process mechanisms for cross functional production system teams.
• Perform daily defect resolution and drive root cause corrective actions.
