Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists in Eau Claire, WI. Pay starts at $19/hr with performance bonuses up to $4/hr, bringing total potential to $23/hr. Schedule is 16-20 hours weekly, Friday to Sunday, from 7/27/26 to 11/01/26.

You will assist retail shoppers, explain Starlink services, and act as the subject matter expert to help customers choose the right Starlink solutions. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Ability to engage and guide customers through the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Weekend availability.
• Own a smartphone with current OS.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet internet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by recommending Starlink service.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Team with retail staff and share knowledge.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Weekend schedule primarily Friday–Sunday.
• Foster positive partner relationships and adapt to local store environments.
