Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. in partnership with Starlink is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists in Eau Claire, WI. Pay is $19/hr base with a bonus up to $4/hr, totaling up to $23/hr.

Schedule: 16-20 hours weekly, Friday to Sunday, 7/27/26 through 11/01/26, with next-day pay options and paid training available. You will guide shoppers, explain Starlink products, and deliver a tech-forward, engaging shopping experience while building relationships in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to engage and demonstrate products in the sales process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by becoming the subject matter expert.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally with store staff and customers.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Track interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
