Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists for temporary seasonal work. Pay is $17/hr base with up to $4/hr performance bonus, totaling up to $21/hr. Schedule is 16–20 hours weekly, primarily Friday to Sunday, from 7/27/26 to 11/01/26.

You will guide shoppers, demonstrate Starlink products, and act as the subject matter expert to ensure a positive, tech-focused shopping experience. Training is provided online or at the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of sales/retail or telecom experience preferred.
• Ability to engage and demonstrate products to customers is necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer requirements.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism.
• Hit or exceed sales targets and contribute to team success.
