2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists for a seasonal role in Glendale, AZ. Pay is $20/hr base with up to $2/hr bonus, totaling up to $22/hr, and a 16–20 hour weekly schedule (Fri–Sun).

The role emphasizes advising customers on Starlink services, delivering a tech‑savvy shopping experience, and meeting sales targets. Training is provided online or at home, with opportunities for continued program work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with current iOS or Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet internet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending Starlink services.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism in-store.

• Work a consistent weekend schedule, primarily Friday through Sunday.
