Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists for a seasonal engagement. Pay is $20/hr base with a bonus up to $2/hr, offering total earning potential up to $22/hr.

Schedule spans 16–20 hours weekly, Friday to Sunday, from 7/27/26 to 11/01/26, with paid training and advancement opportunities. You’ll assist shoppers, demonstrate Starlink services, and act as a knowledge expert in a retail setting, building trust and driving sales while

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and involve customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Weekend availability and a smartphone with current iOS or Android software are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet internet needs.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and recommend Starlink services as the subject matter expert.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism to foster positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Hit or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to share knowledge and support a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday) are the primary schedule.
• Adapt to local retail store environments while adhering to policies.
