Job summary

SpaceX in Washington State seeks a TEST SPECIALIST - HARDWARE IN THE LOOP for Starlink to build and maintain HITL test systems and related hardware. You will develop and deploy test infrastructure, review data, and support rapid satellite integration testing.

You will troubleshoot, fabricate cable harnesses, and document procedures, while keeping a safe, high-pace workspace with strong communication and teamwork across disciplines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience or a bachelor’s in engineering, math, or technical discipline.
• Comfortable with basic tools and electro-mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satellite development test systems and areas operate properly.
• Troubleshoot with electrical/mechanical diagnostics and test data review.
• Build, update, repair and validate HITL test equipment, servers and racks.
• Fabricate and repair cable harnesses including crimping and soldering.
• Develop and document procedures for execution, maintenance and anomaly handling.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment.
