Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications highly preferred.
• 1 year or more of acute care nursing experience highly desired.
• ED nursing experience highly desired.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs with strong accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Function as a caregiver for a specific patient population within the interdisciplinary team.
• Direct and oversee care provided by other caregivers through delegation and coordination.
• Coordinate patient care and unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services.
