Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies is seeking an Electrical Test Supervisor to lead our test specialists and technicians through integration and test of satellites. You will hire, mentor, and train staff, manage workloads, and raise our technical and quality bars as we scale production.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional training, addressing blockers, and leading hardware and software development projects that streamline satellite production. Flexibility for shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Two years experience with a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline or 4 years total equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test specialists and technicians on satellite integration and test.
• Manage workloads to achieve weekly goals on the production floor.
• Ensure cross-functional specialist training across the team.
• Hire, onboard and train new specialists.
• Collaborate with leaders to align priorities and timelines.
• Lead hardware and software development projects to streamline production.
• Maintain specialist work areas and take ownership of duties.
