Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of electronics engineers at our Northern California HQ.

You will shape the future of satellite hardware, guiding design, verification, and production readiness across multiple programs. In this hands-on leadership role, you will recruit, mentor, and develop engineers, drive schedules, and ensure high-performance systems that meet stringent uptime and security requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in fast-paced product design and development.
• 5+ years hands-on hardware design from concept to production.
• Proven ability to build and manage teams of engineers.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and grow a team of electronics engineers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to architect next-gen electronic systems.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle from design to verification and production readiness.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules aligning with program timelines.
• Drive design process: specifications, components, PCB design, system integration.
• Lead hands-on debugging, board bring-up, and system validation.
