Job summary

Quindar is seeking a software engineer to develop and integrate command and control solutions for satellite vehicles. You will work with stakeholders to decompose mission requirements and engineer solutions with existing products. You will bring deep experience in low-level software integration with hardware, including C2 concepts and CCSDS/XTCE/MIB standards.

The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in-office in Arvada, CO, offering remote work flexibility and collaboration spaces. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with satellite command and control systems or similar hardware‑software integration.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate software Command & Control solutions for satellites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose mission requirements and engineer solutions.
• Integrate new satellites and flight software into Quindar's mission management platform.
