Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, CE, or related field; strong foundation in software development.
• 3+ years of professional software development for satellite command and control, telecommunications, networking, robotics, embedded systems, or related complex hardware/software systems.
• Demonstrated experience taking a protocol or hardware integration from documentation to production.
• Prior aerospace experience is not required; transferable experience across industries is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop the backend C2 software connecting Quindar’s platform to satellite vehicles.
• Onboard new satellite vehicles and translate spacecraft interfaces into reliable platform integrations.
• Help develop abstractions, tooling, and architecture to support many spacecraft without rebuilding each integration.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and promote scalable, maintainable C2 systems.
• Contribute to Quindar’s mission of simplifying space operations and enabling customers to operate satellites as servers.
