Job summary

Quindar is seeking a talented software engineer to develop and integrate C2 solutions for satellite vehicles. You will work with stakeholders to translate mission requirements into robust software with deep hardware integration experience.

The role emphasizes real-time embedded systems, CCSDS/CSP/CFDP protocols, XTCE/MIB concepts, and security considerations. Hybrid work 2–3 days in Arvada, CO, with substantial in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional satellite command and control or similar hardware-software integration experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate software Command & Control solutions for satellite vehicles.
• Decompose mission requirements with customer stakeholders and engineer solutions.
• Integrate new satellites and flight software into Quindar’s mission management platform.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support development and integration of solutions.
• Contribute to the broader product suite and ensure scalable, maintainable software.
