Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Washington state is hiring technicians for full-scale production of Leo satellites. You will assemble and test LRUs and complex aerospace components, following strict safety and quality standards.

Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and process improvements. Candidates should have 1+ years in high-traceability manufacturing and hands-on tooling and measurement experience, plus the ability to read engineering drawings

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment or relevant trade school certification.
• 1+ years using hand tools and precision measuring instruments (Calipers, multimeters, torque wrenches).
• 1+ years working with test tools and test methods to validate systems.
• Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assemble and test LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds with attention to detail.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory.
• Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables.
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing.
