Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC - M90 in Redmond, WA, is seeking technicians for full-scale production of Kuiper satellites. You will assemble and test LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, and avionics parts, following detailed procedures to ensure quality and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, executing tests, and supporting process improvements while upholding strict safety and lab calibration standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment or relevant trade school certification.
• 1+ years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (Calipers, multimeters, torque wrenches).
• 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that validate the system.
• Experience reading, interpreting and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Assemble and test LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, avionics, or other complex aerospace builds with emphasis to detail.
• Participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory.
• Independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables.
• Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance.
• Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations.
• Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Support preventative maintenance on test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients.
• Contribute to improving SOPs and safety procedures.
