Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a SATCOM Test and Evaluation Engineer to join the National Security Solutions team in Colorado Springs, CO or El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on developing T&E strategies, TEMP, verification plans, and evaluation criteria to support SSC and the Space Force's SATCOM programs.

A Secret clearance is required, with 5+ years of DoD/USAF T&E experience and 2+ years of team leadership. The position requires travel up to 25% and involves working in a highly collaborative,

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• 5+ years test & evaluation with DoD/USAf
• 2+ years leading multi-faceted tests and teams
• Experience with DoD civilian or military clients
• Strong presentation and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Develop T&E strategy and TEMP development
• Create requirement verification and test plans and evaluation criteria
• Review and analyze T&E data and report findings
• Support development of DoD-compliant deficiency reporting and closure
• Participate in IPTs, DRBs, TIMs and other test governance meetings
• Travel to DoD/contractor test sites up to 25% per year
