Job summary

GMV is a technology group driving satellite communications, secure networking, and testbed solutions. The role focuses on managing technology‑development and testbed projects from opportunity to final delivery, coordinating diverse teams, customers, and partners worldwide.

You will support business development and evolve project management processes while ensuring governance and effective stakeholder engagement. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex engineering, technology‑development, product‑development, or R&D projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and external organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple interrelated technical workstreams while maintaining an integrated project perspective.
• Experience interacting with customers, suppliers, partners, and institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage SatCom technology‑development and testbed projects through the full lifecycle.
• Define, monitor, and control scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and interfaces.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.
• Support business development: opportunity identification, bid/no‑bid, proposals, contracts.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving PM processes.
