In our team you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary technology‑development and testbed projects throughout their full lifecycle, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to development, integration, validation, demonstration, operational readiness, and final delivery.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE:
  • Manage SatCom technology‑development and testbed projects throughout the complete project lifecycle, from planning and development to integration, validation, demonstration, and final delivery.
  • Define, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, opportunities, and stakeholder interfaces while ensuring effective project governance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support business development activities, including opportunity identification, bid/no‑bid processes, proposal preparation, partner coordination, and contract‑related activities.

We are looking for experts in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline with background and interest in Satcom technologies.

HERE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and external organizations.

  • Knowledge of proposal preparation, project acquisition, cost estimation, planning, and contract negotiation processes.
  • Understanding of technology maturation and the transition from prototype developments into reusable products or operational services.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, stakeholder‑management, and technical‑writing skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
WE WILL ALSO VALUE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN:

  • Experience managing competitive tenders, institutional proposals, international consortia, and large multi‑partner collaborative projects.
  • Knowledge of satellite communications, networking technologies, 5G/6G ecosystems, and test & validation environments, including verification, qualification, and operational testbeds.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer engagement skills, combined with a systems‑thinking mindset and a strong focus on ownership, delivery, and continuous improvement.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
  • Hybrid working model and 4 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.
  • Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Friday and in summer.
  • Personalized career plan development, training and language learning support.
