Job summary

Ian Martin Group is hiring SAT Testing Staff for Long Beach City College in Long Beach, CA. You will proctor test sessions, verify student IDs, monitor rooms, assist with check‑in, and handle basic device tasks. Training is provided and no prior testing experience is required.

Test days are on November 7, 2026; December 5, 2026; March 6, 2027; May 1, 2027; and June 5, 2027. AM‑only shifts pay $250 and AM+PM shifts pay $400; online and on‑site trainings add a $25 onboarding payment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 18 years old; 25+ for Proctor assignments.
Comfortable supporting students and following detailed instructions.
Access to required devices and reliable transportation.
Able to attend mandatory Friday training and Saturday shift.

Responsibilities

Proctor: manage a testing room, verify student IDs, read and follow test instructions, monitor students, operate digital tools, and report issues.
Technology Monitor: provide on-site technology support, check device readiness, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and support test-day operations.
Hall/Room Monitor: help with room setup and student check-in, monitor rooms and common areas, direct student traffic, support breaks, and report concerns.
